Treatment-Seeking Behavior of Young Hypertensives in India: An Analysis of NFHS-4

A study was conducted to assess the determinants of treatment-seeking behavior among the young hypertensives in India. The National Family Health Survey – 4 data was analysed. The results were as follows:

More Than 1 in 10 Young Adults in India Have Hypertension. Only Half Are Aware Of Their Status and One-Fifth Sought Treatment
